With 34 years of experience as a highly respected Realtor in the North Texas (Dallas–Fort Worth) area, I specialize in residential, new construction, farm and ranch, lakefront, and luxury real estate. Raised in a family of developers and custom home builders, I bring a lifetime of knowledge in construction and property development, supported by extensive hands-on experience and multiple certifications. My designations—GRI, ABR, ACL, SRS, and CRS—reflect my commitment to excellence and continued education.

The majority of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, a testament to my integrity, compassion, and results-driven approach. I am known for bringing education, insight, warmth, and wisdom to every transaction.

Beyond real estate, my life is grounded in faith, family, and service. I was married to my late husband for 47 years, and together we raised five children. For 12 years, we also served as foster parents, opening our home and hearts to 49 children in need.
